Hotel Porter/Concierge
Cheltenham
A bonus of £150 will be paid after 3 months service and also 6 months service
We are looking for a confident communicator with a passion for customer service and exceeding guest expectations. Previous experience not necessary as full training will be given.
Please note – this position requires a mixture of daytimes, weekend and late evenings, making flexibility a key requirement.
Key Tasks
As a Hotel Porter/Concierge you will undertake a number of tasks. These include:
- Work with the Front Office Desk actioning administration work surrounding guest requests
- Escort guests and luggage to rooms
- Book transport or make external bookings or arrange trips for guests
- Serve refreshments
- Ensure the grounds are kept tidy, free from rubbish and outside furniture is set up correctly
- Be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable experience
- You should strive to deliver exceptionally high standards of customer care and ensure that all guests receive prompt attention and in a professional manner.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can-do attitude;
- Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service
- Excellent spoken English and have immaculate presentation skills

Salary: £12.43 per hour
