Purpose:
You will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that maximises the achievement of all children in their care. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, welfare and holistic development of each child, while delivering high-quality teaching in line with agreed Teachers’ Standards and school expectations. You will contribute to the ongoing development of the Early Years phase within the school and depending on experience, take on subject leadership responsibilities to support whole-school improvement.

- Promote good progress and outcomes by pupils
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
- Plan and teach well-structured lessons
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils

- Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment

Fluency Duty
