Cold Aston Primary School is seeking to appoint a classroom teacher who will motivate, support and challenge our Year 2/3 children to reach their full potential. Our school is part of the North Cotswold Schools Federation MAT (Cold Aston, Longborough, St. James’ & Ebrington, St Andrews and Swell CofE Primary Schools).
We are looking for an excellent classroom teacher who:
- Has the desire, skills and knowledge to raise attainment of pupils, meeting individual needs
- Has high expectations of pupils attainment, progress and behaviour
- Is a reflective practitioner
- Is knowledgeable about scaffolding to support pupils
- Is confident in teaching mixed age year groups
- Is an enthusiastic team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Supports our Christian ethos
