We are seeking to appoint a Teacher to teach full time, initially in KS2 (Y3 or Y5), but with the willingness to potentially teach across the school in future years.
The successful candidate will be committed to Gloucester Road’s aims, vision and values. In addition fulfilling the person specification, they will;
• Have creative ideas to plan and deliver engaging learning within our bespoke EARLY and DEEP curriculum.
• Support relational practice and strive to develop respectful relationships with all stakeholders.
• Be flexible to teach across year groups to accommodate our specialist teaching programme that ensures our pupils received the highest quality teaching from experts in their field.
• Have an astute ability to adapt to the needs of pupils with SEN and EAL.
• Be compassionate and consistent with pupils to enable them to regulate and access their education successfully.

We are a small primary school situated in the heart of Cheltenham with 208 pupils on roll. There is a strong, caring ethos between both staff and pupils and the school has a strong 'family' feel.
