A unique opportunity for a motivated, inspirational practitioner to join us in our thriving school. Our beautiful village school is in the heart of the Cotswolds, where staff, parents and the community all work together to create a unique learning experience for our bright, enthusiastic children. The Rissington School is unique, in that it is on school with two sites just 2 miles apart - the original Victorian school situated in Great Rissington, and the newly built school in Upper Rissington. Staff at The Rissington School benefit from being able to teach at both sites. The successful candidate would join an enthusiastic and committed team, and be part of a school which is at the heart of the community.

The successful candidate will join our Early Years and Key Stage One team, and as such may be required to work in Reception or Key Stage One.

The successful candidate will:

-Have great ideas for topics which enable the national curriculum to be taught in a way that makes sense to the children.
-Be able to motivate all children into doing their best.
-Have a clear understanding of the national curriculum and know how to deliver it within a mixed class.
-Show commitment to the whole school community.
