Teacher Required – Pre-School to KS2
Location: Outskirts of Cheltenham
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: After February Half Term
Thrive Education are working in partnership with a warm, inclusive, rural village school to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to support pupils from Pre-School through to Key Stage 2.

The Role
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across Pre-School to KS2
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate
• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Has experience in Early Years and/or KS1/KS2
• Is caring, adaptable, and passionate about child-centred learning
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills
• Has a solid understanding of the EYFS and National Curriculum
