Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator ready to inspire young minds? We are seeking a passionate Year 5 Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive primary school community in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, starting September 2025.
About the Role:
- Position: Year 5 Class Teacher
- Start Date: September 2025
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
- Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
The Role Involves:
- Full teaching responsibilities for a Year 5 class
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with national expectations
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - UK-recognised
- Proven experience or strong understanding of teaching Key Stage 2
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
- A positive, proactive, and reflective approach to professional development
