An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at English Bicknor C of E Primary School. We require an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a KS2 pupil with an EHCP.
The successful candidate will need to be caring, supportive and compassionate, whilst being passionate and enthusiastic. They will need to have excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team.
We wish to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant who:
- Has a good understanding of pupil development
- Effectively supports children's learning and progress
- Manages behavior positively
- Can build good relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Is committed to the Christian ethos of out school
