PPA Teacher – 3 Days per Week
Location: Cotswolds
Part-time | Ongoing Opportunity | Start Date: After Easter Holidays
Thrive Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a warm and welcoming primary school set in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative PPA Teacher for a three-day-per-week role with a strong focus on Forest School and outdoor learning. The role will be Mondays/Thursdays and Fridays each week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about delivering inspiring lessons beyond the classroom and fostering a love of learning through nature.
The Role
• Deliver engaging PPA cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Lead and develop Forest School sessions as a key part of the timetable
• Create hands-on, experiential learning opportunities outdoors
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure consistency and high standards
• Promote resilience, independence and teamwork through outdoor education
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Have experience teaching across the primary age range
• Have Forest School Level 3 qualification (desirable) or strong outdoor learning experience
• Be confident leading groups in an outdoor setting
• Be flexible, proactive and passionate about holistic education
