About this Role
You’ll champion learners by tackling barriers head‑on and shaping support that helps them thrive. You’ll reflect on your teaching, use feedback to grow and coach others along the way. Strong communication and teamwork are key, working with colleagues and partners to boost progress in English, maths and wider skills.
About You
Experience supporting learners with additional needs, especially those with SEMH or disrupted education.
Confident in teaching Functional Skills.
Holds a teaching qualification such as PGCE, DTLLS or Cert Ed.
GCSE‑level English and maths (or equivalent).
Willing to complete Equality, Diversity and Safeguarding training.
