We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational teacher to start in September 2024. We are a large, inner city primary school supporting an exciting and diverse community.

Kingsholm C of E Primary School and Nursery is committed to the safeguarding of all its learners, staff, and visitors.

Health and Safety arrangement are in place to ensure adherence to current legislation and guidance.

Applicants will be subject to recruitment and selection procedures designed to emphasise the school’s commitment to the safeguarding of its learners and staff.

The procedures include questioning at interview stage, verification of appropriate qualification, acquiring references, and necessary safety checks.

During the shortlisting process we may carry out an online search as part of our due diligence. This could help identify and incidents or issues that have happened and are publicly available online. We may then decide to explore these at interview. The search is purely about whether an individual is suitable to work with children and care will be taken to avoid bias and any risk of discrimination. In line with that approach, someone not on the appointment panel will conduct the search and only share information that is relevant and of concern.

Enhanced DBS clearance is required for the role.
