The Role
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational teacher to work at Finlay Community School as a PPA / Cover Teacher on a fixed term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
•Inspire and motivate pupils through exciting and engaging teaching of the curriculum
•Demonstrate a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of teaching and learning
•Show empathy and provide support for children with complex additional needs
•Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and the wider community
•Be flexible, hardworking, and maintain a positive attitude
•Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be a collaborative team player
•Act professionally and be open to feedback and advice
•Bring a good sense of humour to the role
Requirements:
•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
•Experience teaching across EYFS / KS1 / KS2
•A deep understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practises
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•A commitment to ongoing professional development
