TMS+ Education Facilitator - Exciting opportunity to join our expanding team
Gloucester
Taylored Mentoring Services are currently looking for an Education Facilitator to join our team in September 2024 and help make a difference to young people within Gloucestershire.
We are looking for a qualified, passionate individual to join our inspirational and hardworking team with a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students.
You will need to hold a relevant teaching qualification and have the ability to plan, deliver, monitor, and evaluate the educational needs of the young people we support. These primary and secondary young people will have a range of different needs and academic capabilities.
We need you to be:

- Pro-active, using your initiative and thinking ‘outside the box’ in terms of educational strategies and techniques to engage the young people we support
Requirements
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS)
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Prove your right to live and work in the UK
- To hold an enhanced DBS
- Be a confident communicator – this role includes writing reports
- Strong organisational skills
- Commitment to professional development and stay current with educational trends
- Attend training and meetings as and when required
