This full-time, long-term Behaviour Mentor role in a specialist SEN school in Gloucester is perfect for anyone eager to gain hands-on experience working with children who have Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or other complex behaviours.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in the classroom - supporting pupils in their learning, promoting emotional wellbeing, helping to manage behaviour, and encouraging positive social interaction. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals considering careers in Educational Psychology, or Education to gain valuable experience in a supportive, student-focused environment.
