Job Title: Supply Teacher (Qualified with QTS)
Location: Somerset
Job Type: Temporary, Part-time or Full-time
Salary: £110-130 per day
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Supply Teachers with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and key stages.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and productive atmosphere.
* Follow the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
* Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of their progress.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Proven experience as a classroom teacher with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptability and flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups.
* Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively and create a positive learning environment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
