We are looking for an experienced TA with the ability to be empathetic and flexible. The role will be to provide personalised learning support for a KS1 pupil (1:1). You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the class teacher/SENDCo to develop effective strategies to support the child. This position is fixed term for the duration of statement for SEN.

We are looking for someone who has:
• A calm, empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for working with children;
• The ability to learn, apply & reflect on taught skills / strategies to support the child achieving their targets;
• Experience of working with children with social & emotional needs;
• Positivity and the ability to be flexible when problem solving;
• Good communication skills with staff/external professionals/ parents;
• The ability to support with personal care if required;
• A relevant TA qualification/other relevant training.
