Randwick Church of England Primary School is a warm, welcoming village school set in the beautiful surroundings of Stroud. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed main scale class teacher (0.8 FTE) to join our dedicated team from September 2026. This post is fixed term in the first instance until 31st August 2027. The post will involve teaching a mixed-age class, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with pupils, families and colleagues to make a genuine difference to children’s learning and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be a reflective and skilled practitioner, with secure knowledge of the primary curriculum and a clear understanding of how children learn and develop. You will plan engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners, set high expectations for achievement and behaviour, and use assessment effectively to ensure strong progress for every child, including those with special educational needs. A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupils’ personal, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development is essential.
