Year 4 Teaching Role – Easter to Summer

Class People is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school to recruit a full-time Year 4 Teacher from Easter until the end of the academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and committed teacher looking for a long-term role with full class teaching responsibilities. The school has a strong sense of community, supportive leadership, and a collaborative staff team who work closely together.

The Role

As the Year 4 Teacher, you will have full responsibility for:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Assessing, tracking and supporting pupil progress

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Working closely with teaching assistants and colleagues

Attending staff meetings and contributing to wider school life

Completing end-of-year responsibilities, including reports

This is a role where you can truly make an impact during the summer term and build strong relationships with your class.

We’re Looking For a Teacher Who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has experience teaching in KS2 (Year 4 experience desirable)

Is confident managing full classroom responsibilities

Builds positive relationships with pupils and staff

Is committed, organised and enthusiastic
