Newly Qualified Solicitor - Family Law

Gloucester

Are you a recent CILEX qualified solicitor? Looking for a challenge into the Family Law sector?

Juice Cheltenham are delighted to be supporting an established and dynamic business who are seeking an recent qualified solicitor to join their friendly family law department.

DAY TO DAY:

• Meet clients, take instructions and provide preliminary advice
• Draft documents
• Attend Court (with or without Counsel)
• Time record and monthly bill
• Ability to use case management software, HMCTS and Legal Aid portals (training given)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent IT skills
• Organised and self motivated
• Ability to deal with sensitive issues compassionately and professionally

Experience and Requirements:

• Previous experience within the family law sector is essential
• Experience of Divorce, Children Act, Financial Remedy, Cohabitee disputes, Pre-Nuptial/Post-Nuptial Agreement and Part IV Family Law Act is required
• Experience of handling caseloads in a fast paced environment
• CILAX 1-3 PQE qualified

Full Time - Monday - Friday

Salary - £35,000-£55,878 per annum depending on experience
