About the Role

The Adult Transformation Team is looking for 2 full time Project managers

The key responsibility for the first role will be delivering the councils plans for building 3 new Care homes in the county.

The second will be delivering a variety of service re-design projects, supporting the council to achieve our new target operating model for delivery of services which focus on Preventing, Reducing and Delaying care needs, enabling people to stay safe and independent at home for as long as possible.

As the Project manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of care delivery by ensuring that the voices of care providers, staff, residents, and the wider community are embedded in the design processes.

You will develop and maintain the project documentation and provide support and advice to the project board and other governance bodies as required.  

You will establish and manage a Co-Production Design Group and lead innovative engagement activities, including for the Care Home builds, a community-led naming initiative involving local schools and residents.
