About the role:

  • Support and, for smaller projects, directly manage capital new build and refurbishment projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Contribute to space management and allocation to ensure the efficient use of campus facilities, producing accurate data and reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with preparing Client Briefs, tender and contract documentation, and manage financial requisitions and purchase orders in line with regulations
  • Support delivery of sustainability and carbon management priorities through capital projects, space, and asset management activities
  • Complete project administration and post-completion documentation to enable effective maintenance planning
  • Prepare timely and accurate progress reports and respond to stakeholder enquiries
  • Provide client-side liaison with contractors and professional teams throughout project lifecycles
  • Maintain accurate data, capturing information on condition, function, utilisation, compliance, environmental performance, and costs to support decision-making
  • Oversee and coordinate external advisors and contractors, including reviewing risk assessments, method statements, and payment applications
  • Supporting the development and delivery of a long-term Strategic Maintenance Plan

Salary: £29,292 - £32,978 per annum based on an FTE £27,462 - £30,917 per annum
