My client who are an ambitious and well-established, independent Estate and Lettings Agency, are looking to add a Lettings Manager to their highly successful team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Lettings Manager:
* Drive business growth by fostering an environment of excellence
* Proactively deliver new business opportunities
* Guide, develop and manage team members
* Build and develop strong, long-standing client relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Lettings Manager:
* Prior experience in a similar, or other senior lettings role
* First-class communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to deliver a high-level of customer service
* ARLA qualified preferred but an in-depth knowledge of lettings regulations/legislation
