Internal Quality Assurer (HR) - 3207789

Are you an experienced Internal Quality Assurer within HR? Are you interested in a short-term contract?
If the answer is yes to all of the above, then Hooray may have the role for you!
Hooray are delighted to be exclusively supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Internal Quality Assurer focusing on HR apprenticeships to join their team on a part-time, contract.

As an Internal Quality Assurer for HR, you will:
- Conduct regular monitoring on all students achieving their Level 3 & 5 apprenticeships
- Provider internal quality assurance for part time learners on their level 3 CIPD qualifications
- Manage & run standardisation meetings
- Provide written feedback and development coaching to the Assessors
- Partake in CIPD moderation meetings
To be successful as an Internal Quality Assurer for HR, you will:
- Hold an IQA qualification (V1, D34, TAQA)
- Hold a CIPD qualification
- Have previous experience of working within an IQA position
In return, my client are offering an hourly rate of £21.45 + holiday pay. Please note, this is a part-time (1o hours a week) temporary position, expected to last a minimum of 2 months.
