Are you currently learning how to speak English and ready to start looking for work? This course is open to asylum seekers and refugees, as well as speakers of other languages. Understand your strengths and weaknesses, barriers and how to overcome them, transferable skills, writing a CV, writing a cover letter, online application forms and interview techniques. Light Touch Literacy

Must be:

• Over the age of 19 
• A UK resident or have proof of residency/settled/pre-settled status

One of the following:

• Unemployed/earning below £20,319 a year
• Qualified below a Level 2 (5 GCSEs equivalence)
• Mental health challenges (includes substance misuse)
• Learning difficulty or disability
