Receptionist - AF

Cheltenham

Must Have’s
• Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
• Confident communication skills – both face-to-face and over the phone
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance and manner

Nice to Have’s
• Previous reception or front-of-house experience
• Experience juggling multiple admin tasks
• Familiarity with basic health & safety or security procedures

So, what will you be doing?
• Keeping front-of-house immaculate while delivering a first-class welcome to tenants and visitors
• Assisting the Centre Manager with daily operations and tenant support
• Handling tenant queries and minor site issues quickly and efficiently
• Managing lounge and reception areas, ensuring everything is clean and well-stocked
• Overseeing security checks, supporting health & safety, and assisting with fire drills
• Hosting tenant tours and handling enquiries, working with contractors and suppliers
• Completing admin tasks and acting as keyholder for any emergencies
