Showroom Host - AF
Cheltenham
Are you a confident and professional communicator who thrives in a front-of-house setting? Do you love delivering first-class service in a stylish and dynamic environment? If you’re available Saturdays and want to be part of a premium brand experience, this is the perfect role for you.
This exciting opportunity will place you at the heart of a prestigious showroom in Cheltenham, where you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests and supporting the team with smooth, professional operations.?
What you’ll be doing:
Being the first point of contact for walk-in customers
Supporting the Brand Manager with daily showroom operations
Managing and nurturing customer relationships
Allocating leads to the Sales Executives
Completing administrative duties and daily reports?
What we’re looking for:
Previous administration or front-of-house experience
Outstanding customer service skills
Impeccable communication – both written and verbal
Confident user of Microsoft Office
High level of attention to detail and professional presentation?
