Recruitment Administrator
£25,000
Hybrid / Cheltenham (4 days in the office)
We're working with a company that prides themselves on excellence, integrity, and compliance, with all the relevant regulations and standards. They're now seeking a Recruitment Administrator to expand and progress in the role.
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will need a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and excellent organisational skills. You will play a crucial role, working closely with other departments to implement compliance procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Source and interview candidates
- Manage job advertisements
- Administer candidate registrations, and manage DBS applications
- Update procedural documentation
- Manage pipeline processes and applications
- Coordinate expiry of compliance checks
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies
- Develop and update company policies and procedures
- Be able to manage external stakeholder relationships
- Provide support to team members and handle inquiries
- Perform general administrative duties
Skills/ Experience:
- Proven experience in compliance or an admin type role is preferred
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Be comfortable on the phone
Salary: Up to £25000 per annum
