£27,000+ | Full-Time | Permanent

Must-Have’s
- Minimum 2 years' experience in menswear design (must include graphic design)
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Relevant fashion or design qualification (degree preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of current trends
- Highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to create accurate tech packs and liaise with offshore suppliers
Nice-to-Have’s
- Experience across multiproduct categories
- Familiarity with managing offshore sampling and production
- Experience designing for e-commerce or high street retail collaborations
So, what will you be doing?
- Supporting the senior designer to create seasonal menswear collections
- Designing graphic t-shirts and assisting with multiproduct development
- Generating detailed design packs and managing product sampling
- Collaborating with international suppliers and internal teams
- Contributing to trend research and ensuring product relevance
- Getting involved in end-to-end design from concept to production
