The Role
Ever wanted to run your own store? How about one of ours?
As the Superdry Staff Shop Manager you will make the most of your resources to drive additional sales into the business by clearing stock from the business.
Providing all our Head Office staff with top class service and the chance to purchase our clothing at a low price, you will also be responsible for managing the Head Office Reception, the first port of call for all visitors and contractors to our brand, from day to day business as well as attendee’s to the many events we hold.
A truly unique leadership role that allows you to manage your business and achieve your goals, our goals and Superdry success.
This role will require some weekend and bank holiday work
You Will
- Be supported to make bold decisions confidently to maximise growth for your store, team and brand.
- Use an array of financial tools confidently to drive business performance; sales and profitability.
- Own and drive your store’s success using available resources for support. Taking accountability for performance.
- Turn our retail plan into meaningful actions and deliverables at market level for your team.
- Engage your team with your store goals and plans.
- Be the expert of your store and local market to deliver our brand message.
- Be an expert in our style choices and product packages to always deliver the best brand service in your store.
- Influence your stock package to maximise sales.
- Drive your own development and self-serve, recognising when you need support and seeking it out.
- Have a ‘Do the Right Thing’ mentality.
- Engage people in your business, your team, consumers, peers, Head Office and local market, building lasting relationships based on trust.
- Get the best out of people. Spotting and nurturing talent whilst creating strong team dynamics to drive performance.

- Do what you need to do to make sure your store is compliant with legal, safety and people requirements.
- Be responsible for your store from top to bottom, including the day-to-day store operations, visual proposition, team, and consumer experience.
