Marketing Manager - TW156

Staverton, Cheltenham

Are you an experienced Marketing Manager looking to further your career in an exciting and fast-moving business? Are you looking to use your knowledge and skills to lead the marketing function within a leading business who specialise in offsite built healthcare facilities?

Our client is the global leader within their industry! Headquartered in Staverton, Cheltenham they successfully delivered over 300 facilities across Europe, North America, Australia and Africa and they were recently featured in the Financial Times 1000 and ranked in the top 500 of the fastest-growing companies in Europe.

They currently require an experienced individual to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be joining a high-performing and collaborative team where your ideas will be heard, and your work will have a meaningful impact! You will have full ownership of brand, content and campaign strategy.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy
-Building and executing bold, creative campaigns to promote our brand, values, and projects
-Conduct market research and monitor competitor, partner and client activity
-Manage and grow the company’s web and social media presence
-Producing impactful marketing materials and managing external PR, video, and photography partners
-Supporting NHS and private sector projects with campaign content, stakeholder engagement, and event support
-Managing and developing a small in-house creative team to support their development
-Reporting on campaign success, marketing performance, and SEO metrics to senior leadership
-Supporting wider business initiatives including internal communications, recruitment marketing, and brand consistency across the group

Candidate Attributes:
-Experience in a similar marketing role with hands-on creative and strategic responsibility
-Outstanding written communication skills
-Ability to plan, manage, and deliver campaigns across web, print, social, and events
-Experience with Adobe InDesign (or similar design tools)
-Strong organisational skills and ability to lead projects end-to-end
-Confident managing a small team and collaborating cross-functionally

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: Highly competitive depending on experience (able to disclose upon application) + leading benefits package including private healthcare and access to mental health wellness and other wellbeing resources, an onsite gym, a state of the art coffee machine and free onsite parking
