We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join a key manufacturing client in Gloucester.

The company is a specialist in their field and is driven by excellence and providing high-end products to its customers.

As the Sales Manager, you will be a go-getter and hungry to increase sales revenue through direct sales with both new and existing customers. If you are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced role, this could be the ideal job for you.

Responsibilities:

Create opportunities on the company CRM system for new and existing customers

Establish and manage meetings with potential distributors

Introduce the benefits of the product range in terms of standard and bespoke solutions, design, materials and pre-qualify potential future sales opportunities

Convert qualified customer enquiries to a sales opportunity on the company CRM system

Identify issues preventing conversion to purchase order commitments

Ensure pipeline is continually added to with quality, realistic, and convertible leads

Skills / Experience:

Experience working in a manufacturing sales role

Proven track record of sales success

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and colleagues at all levels

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools
