Senior Marketing Executive
Hybrid: Stroud/Work from home
The Charity Learning Consortium is the number one online training provider for the third sector. We work with nearly 400 charity and not for profit organisations and provide them with online learning, a personalised learning management system (LMS) and a community, including regular events for our customers to network and share best practice with one another, to support learning and development. The exciting opportunity of joining our expanding marketing team has become available and we are looking for a full time Senior Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to identify target audiences and create targeted campaigns.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts, optimising campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Google Ads Management: Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to enhance online presence and generate quality leads.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and optimise ad performance to achieve key performance indicators.
- Website: Assist in the running of the company website, ensuring it reflects the brand identity and is optimised for user experience.
- CRM: Utilise CRM tools to manage and analyse customer interactions throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Implement strategies to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to enhance brand awareness and engage the target audience.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ad hoc support: Collaborate with the marketing team on various tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of Google Ads, SEO and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
