Teaching Assistant (Qualified or equivalent experience)
Cheltenham
Salary £25,183 pro-rata, NJC point 6, term time only (pending pay award backdated to April 2024)
We would consider Full-Time or Part-Time applicants.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our excellent team as soon as possible.
You will work mainly in the classroom under the direction of the teacher.
The successful candidate will assist in the educational and social development of young people at an important stage in their lives. You must have a caring demeanour, good communication skills and be able to work flexibly with fellow professionals to support the inclusion of pupils with special educational needs.
A qualification, relevant experience working with young people, or a demonstratable interest in the education of young people with additional needs, is required.
The post is term time only (to include in-service days and meetings as required) and is a variable hours’ contract.
