About the Role
- You will support the successful transition of students with additional learning needs into college
- Coordinates pre-entry processes and identifies individual support requirements
- Ensures appropriate support provision is in place from the outset
- Contributes to the delivery of high-quality learning support across the college
- Supports effective assessment processes and coordination of EHCP reviews
- Helps ensure students are supported to achieve, progress, and succeed
About You
- You are passionate about supporting students with additional needs to thrive in Further Education
- You have experience working with SEND learners and understand transition planning and EHCP processes
- You are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and complex processes effectively
- You are a strong team player, able to collaborate with colleagues, curriculum staff and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for students
- You are a confident communicator who can build positive relationships with students, families and stakeholders
