Your new role
You will be joining the Humanities department as a Teacher of History on a full-time or part-time temporary basis, starting in September 2025 or as soon as possible. This role includes full teaching responsibilities, such as:
- Planning and delivering engaging history lessons
- Marking and assessment
- Attending parents' evenings
- Participating in school trips and extracurricular activities
- Becoming an active member of the school community
This is a fantastic opportunity to teach motivated students in a well-resourced and academically focused school.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- UK classroom experience teaching History at secondary level
- A passion for history and the ability to inspire students
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Availability to commit to the role from September or ASAP
