The role The Biology, Chemistry and Physics departments at Sir Thomas Rich's School form the Science group.  Each has its own Head of Department, responsible for the day-to-day running of the department and each is extremely strong, comprising staff who are passionate about their subject and who support each other by sharing resources and ideas.
