Role: Digital Marketing Executive
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:00pm
Salary: Between £25,000 - £27,000 – Depending on experience
Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EX – At Gardiners we encourage hybrid working

What qualities are we seeking in our Digital Marketing Executive?
We're searching for a confident, creative, and collaborative individual with previous digital marketing experience. As a self-starter, you'll manage your workload efficiently, utilizing tools like Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Merchant Centre, and Business Manager (experience using Google Tag Manager is desirable but not essential).
You’ll be confident at communicating with internal and external stakeholders. From briefing our external Digital Agency through to presenting monthly reports to external brands.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing PPC and paid social accounts for various footwear clients.
- Creating and scheduling content for PPC, paid and organic social channels.
- Working closely with the E-commerce Managers to help activate digital marketing campaigns.
- Optimising digital marketing campaigns and analysing the performance.
- Developing digital marketing calendars and strategies
- Monitoring key KPIs set by Manager.
- Testing digital campaigns and providing insightful reports.
- Scheduling email marketing campaigns and segmenting the database (where necessary).
- Keeping up to date with the latest digital trends and feeding back to the wider team.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in verbal and written English.
- A team player mentality with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience within Digital Marketing previously (1-2 years)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability of analysing the success of key digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Bing, Pinterest, and Amazon Advertising (desirable but not essential).
