MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Tewkesbury

We offer hybrid working and require the successful candidate to come into our lovely office 3 days per week. The office is based in Tewkesbury only 10 min away from Cheltenham.

Our Events division is a unique collection of brands including, Gulliver's Sports Travel - the leading sports travel provider in the UK, Events International - the market leader in providing premium VIP hospitality packages and Howzat Travel - the UK’s largest cricket tour specialist. We create trips to major worldwide sporting events along with premium VIP corporate and event hospitality. Events include all major rugby, cricket, Formula 1, horse racing and tennis events, along with a variety of others sports, concerts and even horticulture.

What you will be doing:

• Social media management, strategising and planning. Including content creation, organic and paid - including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
• SEO project support on gulliverstravel.co.uk, howzatravel.com, eventsinternational.co.uk and other new websites as required
• Email marketing support across all brands, using DotDigital. With a focus on tone, attention to detail and sporting relevance
• Supporting the team with managing key advertising partnership accounts.
• Writing and creating website content, blog content and external article content
• Supporting the Marketing Manager and Head of Partnerships with the activation of partnership rights
• Producing design tasks using the Adobe Creative Suite – mainly InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Sourcing of compliant imagery and upkeep of the company’s image library
• Assisting with presentations and market research tasks where required
• Liaising with suppliers – print/design/other
• Any other duties as deemed reasonable by the Marketing Manager and Head of Sales & Partnerships

What we are looking for:

• Experience in social media management, SEO and copywriting
• Attention to detail and ability to critically proofread
• Good collaborative communication skills, numerical skills and a naturally curious, analytical mind
• Confident at building relationships and communicating with various stakeholders at all levels
• Able to deal with ambiguity with professionalism and positivity
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office
• An interest in sport – especially in our core sports: rugby, cricket, F1, football, horse racing, tennis and golf
