About the Role

• Plan, deliver, and review high-quality strength and conditioning programmes to support the development and performance of Hartpury’s elite student-athletes across college and university sports academies.
• Work collaboratively with sports coaches and interdisciplinary support teams (including medical, nutrition, psychology, and lifestyle) to provide holistic and individualised athlete development and effective load management.
• Monitor, analyse, and report performance data to inform programme design, track progression, and support long-term athletic development, including key performance indicators and return-to-play processes.
• Deliver foundational physical development programmes to the wider student-athlete cohort, preparing them for future transition into high-performance environments.

About You

• Have relevant experience as a strength and conditioning coach
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Be highly motivated and commitment to delivering excellence
• Achieved undergraduate or postgraduate degree in strength and conditioning or related field
• UKSCA or NSCA accreditation (or equivalent) or be currently working towards these
