Workshop Administrator - BM

At Cheltenham Garden Machinery we supply and service high quality leading brands of garden and estate machinery, being main dealers for Honda, Stihl, Husqvarna, Hayter, Iseki, Atco and so on. We employ a small, dedicated, friendly team who offer exceptional customer service.

We have an opportunity for a workshop supervisor/receptionist. This position would suit a person with mechanical or automotive engineering experience. The position would include dealing with workshop related telephone calls, emails, customer facing service enquiries and carrying out some general workshop duties. It would also involve arranging collections/deliveries for our driver, booking jobs in, invoicing and communicating progress reports to customers. The successful applicant must be self motivated, be able to work as part of a team as well as independently and be willing to learn. We believe that our growth is dependent on employing keen, efficient and friendly staff.

Requirements:

• Experience within the garden machinery industry an advantage
• Pleasant and friendly attitude
• Ability to work under pressure at certain times
• Work as part of a team but able to use own initiative
• The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week
