Requirements for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:
- Full UK manual driving license
- BOHS P402, P403, and P404 or equivalent RSPH certifications
- Knowledge of HSG:248 and HSG:264
- Flexibility for travel and out-of-hours work
- Strong work ethic, independent and team-oriented
- Willing to support colleagues and team activities
Asbestos Consultant Responsibilities:
- Conduct asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment, demolition, ground asbestos)
- Perform air monitoring and fibre counting
- Inspect contractor work, approve or reject removals
- Collect site data using NexGen software for automated reports
- Ensure compliance with asbestos regulations
- Maintain personal QHSE documentation and internal processes
- Provide professional client service and advice
