This company is a long-established practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Designers based in Cirencester, specialising in traditional and listed buildings including heritage pubs, cottages, and larger private estates. With a solid reputation built over time, they are looking to strengthen their team by bringing in a capable and ambitious Building Surveyor to assist with ever-growing demand.

You'll be working on a wide range of projects, including level 2 and 3 surveys, dilapidations, and refurbishments, often on listed or character buildings, being split between office, home, and site work. You will be running projects from initial briefs all the way through.

The ideal candidate will have relevant surveying experience, with knowledge of listed buildings or heritage projects. Associate or full RICS membership is required, as well as a full UK drivers licence.

The Role:

Level 2 and Level 3 building surveys
Dilapidations, schedules of condition and contract administration
Working between office, home, and local sites
Projects mainly focused on historic and listed buildings

The Person:

Experience in Building Surveying
Associate RICS or MRICS
Strong technical knowledge including planning and building regulations Full UK Drivers Licence

Salary: £40,000 to £65,000 Annual + Progression + Hybrid Working

Hours Per Week: Full Time
