Senior Quantity Surveyor - 23643_223675570

A new client to Sphere, are looking to employ a Senior Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect.
The successful candidate will oversee Commercial elements of city centre Residential scheme, valued at 30M. It consists of 104 units for a prominent housing association.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor within Housebuilding or Residential, a solid understanding of JCT Contracts, strong Commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, ability to work independently / within a team, and excellent written / verbal communication skills.
Degree level qualifications are essential, whilst RICS or CIOB membership would be an advantage.
Your new company are an award winning UK contractor who specialise in Housing, Regeneration, and high rise schemes.
