Teaching Assistant - PrepTA

Stonehouse

Class People, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking 2 dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team of Teaching Assistants to work within a school in Stonehouse. If you have a genuine love for working with children and supporting their development, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. While qualifications are desirable, we welcome candidates with relevant experience and a commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide support to individual students or small groups, ensuring a positive learning environment.
* Help create and maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
* Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
* Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students.

Requirements:

* Experience working with children in an educational setting.
* A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
* A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development.
* 8:15-4:30 Monday to Friday, excluding Wednesday where it's a 3:30 finish
* Working within Key Stage 2 classes.

Qualification:

While qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 are desirable, they are not essential. We welcome candidates with relevant experience and a strong commitment to enhancing and a strong commitment to enhancing the educational experience for children.

Salary: £85 - 107 per day
