You will develop your practice in working with older adults using a range of specialist assessments and practice models such as ACLs, VdT MOCA & sensory profiles as well as contributing to the group programme alongside colleagues.

Main duties of the job

The role will involve carrying a caseload, assessing and providing treatment plans for older adults with functional mental illness, and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team in assessing and planning needs on discharge from hospital, to support occupation, recovery and safety in the community. The South Gloucestershire inpatient team work alongside the Bristol Therapies services to provide a programme of therapeutic interventions.
