Salary: NHS Band 7, Points 15-17 £49,387 - £56,515 (actual starting salary £26,542 - 3 days per week)
Full-time/Part-time Negotiable Hours, Term time only INSET days plus extra two days in holidays
Days/Times 3 days per week
Qualifications HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

Experience

We would welcome applications from therapists with experience, knowledge and skills in at least one of the following areas: Complex needs, Sensory Integration, Physical Disability or Autism, Positive Behaviour support and managing people or a team.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist has arisen, who has experience in managing a team and is looking to work in a friendly and rewarding environment. This is a term-time-only position with variety within the role, supporting access to education and care.

An Occupational Therapist is required to work in a lively environment with a friendly, well-established and highly specialist multi-disciplinary team. Working with children and young people aged between 5 – 25. Therapists with knowledge, experience and skills in at least one of the following areas are invited to apply, complex needs, Sensory Integration, physical disability or autism, positive behaviour support and managing a small team would be beneficial.

The opportunity to be creative and innovative within the role of Occupational Therapist, developing the role of Occupational Therapy within the setting, delivering person centered therapy to achieve positive outcomes for the children and young people we work with.

St Rose's is a non-maintained special school and specialist college for students with severe, complex, profound and multiple learning difficulties.  We have provision from 2 to 25 years; with our post-19 students attending St Martin’s, our on-site college.
