Residential Group Facilitator (Stroud) - 676

Stroud

Hours: 35 Hours per week to include some weekend and bank holidays (must be flexible and prepared to cover occasional evening work as necessary)

Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension (6% employer contribution)

Holidays: 25 days holiday pa plus statutory

We are looking for someone who has experience of working within a residential addiction treatment setting, who can demonstrate an empathy with our clients and possess the skills necessary to support and motivate our clients to develop and achieve their own recovery capital.

As a facilitator you will deliver group workshops to our clients, you will be empathic, understanding and able to build and maintain trust within a group setting, keep the group focused and keep energy levels high.

Applicants should be comfortable with lone working, be confident to seek and give support to other lone working colleagues. This is an interesting role and offers the successful candidate an opportunity to contribute to an expanding organisation whilst at the same time developing their own skills and experience. Shifts are worked on a fixed rota which include some weekends and bank holidays.
