Location: Leckhampton Court Hospice
About the role
If you love gardens as much as we do then you’ll know they need a lot of care. In this role you’ll be helping the garden team with everyday tasks to keep your local Sue Ryder hospice garden looking its best.
Activities will usually include:
• Taking a Lead role overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the Hospice Gardens
• Supporting and guiding the team of volunteer gardeners
• Helping with projects like planting, clearing overgrown areas or developing sensory areas
• Garden maintenance including weeding, hedge cutting, raking and deadheading
• Sweeping paths and removing leaves
How often we’d like your support
We hope you’ll volunteer 3 - 6 hours a week, but all our roles are flexible to suit you.

You might not have experience of everything on this list. That’s fine; finding the right person is more important to us than ticking all the boxes. We hope you’ll:
