Job description:
We are currently recruiting for Bar Tenders to work in our Restaurant and Bar teams.
Previous experience required but training will be given.
Key Tasks:
- Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks to our guests.
- Support waiting staff during service with food service.
- Prepare the Bar Restaurant & Brasserie ahead of service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bartending and serving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs
- Effective time management abilities to ensure efficient service
- Previous Bar experience is essential for this role

Bus stop outside of the hotel, regular bus routes are the W and 606 and shifts can be tailored around the first runs of the day.
