About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of Hartpury’s student accommodation services
  • Act as a key point of contact for students and customers, delivering high standards of customer service across email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Support the Residential Allocations Manager throughout the academic cycle, from applications and allocations to move-ins and ongoing student communications
  • Maintain accurate digital records and data within accommodation management systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Assist with room key distribution and tracking, helping to manage the accommodation key system effectively
  • Contribute to the organisation and delivery of open days and student information events, occasionally working flexibly to support weekend activities
  • Collaborate with the wider Residential team to deliver a high-quality experience for all residential students

 

About You:

  • Confident using IT systems, with strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, ideally supported by a customer care qualification
  • Experience working within a customer-focused environment, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Brings a proactive and organised approach, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • A flexible approach as some occasional weekend working is required
